Privacy Policy

The REESTART.org Foundation, which is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague as N 1993, ID 117 58 457, with registered office at Bořivojova 878/35, 130 00 Prague 3 Žižkov, always works with the email of registered donors as a unique identifier. This email is used to confirm receipt of the donation or fee and once a year to send an audited annual report.

Passwords are always stored encrypted in the database. Cookies are only used by the Foundation for permanent login, whereby the user gives his/her consent. The Foundation does not allow third parties to use cookies on its system.

The other information that the user provides to the Foundation for the purpose of issuing the certificate is only his/her free will. These data are voluntarily disclosed by the user and the issued certificates are publicly available.

All information transmitted for the purpose of making a non-cash payment shall be forwarded exclusively to the payment gateway and the financial institutions concerned. None of this information is stored by the Foundation. The Foundation does not hold your payment card details. These are the only third parties to whom we pass information.

The Foundation records and stores information about visits to the reestart.org website, specifically where the visitor came from, their IP and HOST information, primarily for the security and protection of user accounts.

If you apply for a climate neutrality certificate, you are obliged to provide a range of sensitive data. However, you are not handing over this data to the Foundation, but to the Commissioner based in your country. Accredited commissioners are always personalities such as lawyers, tax advisors or auditors who will enter into a confidentiality agreement with you. The Commissioner will only pass on the result of his investigation, i.e. your CO2 emissions, to the Foundation.
